Return Policy

The policies below apply only to items purchased through our website (mossanne.com). The policies below do not apply to sales completed in-person and items physically purchased at our Houston, TX location. For more information regarding our in-store return policy, contact us (832) 875-5667.

At Moss Anne Fine Jewelry we issue refunds or store credit (minus shipping) for most of our merchandise that is purchased online. The merchandise must be returned to us within our time-limit by following the correct return instructions. The merchandise must also be in new/unused condition in its original packaging.

We also offer exchanges for our merchandise given that the same time limitations, unused condition, and instruction requirements are met. We try to make the exchange process simple to ensure you have a smooth experience should you choose to exchange your products for a different size, color, or item.

Refunds issued by Moss Anne Fine Jewelry shall be issued via the original form of payment used to purchase the merchandise.

Contact us prior to purchase to ensure the product you’re purchasing is eligible for our return/refund/exchange policy.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original paperwork, documents, packaging, boxes, and tags they were originally shipped with, unworn and unaltered in order to qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Returns

Should you decide the items you received are not what you’re looking for, contact us to start your return process and to check eligibility for your product (832) 875-5667. The amount incurred by Moss Anne Fine Jewelry for shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit/exchange.

Please note that Moss Anne Fine Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage to an item during shipping. Package the item in proper packaging securely with all of its original components and paperwork. Please refrain from writing “Moss Anne Fine Jewelry” on the packaging for security reasons. Contact us for our return address along with return authorization.

Insurance

We require all shipments for returns/exchanges to be insured. Make sure the merchandise you return to us is fully insured with the correct value stated on the invoice, shipped with USPS registered mail with return receipt. For returns on items over $20,000, please contact us for special arrangements.

 

Moss Anne Fine Jewelry does not allow comparison purchasing, the act of purchasing multiple items with the intention of only keeping one and returning the rest.
